An online link-up between specialist mortgage lender Accord Mortgages and eConveyancer has been announced.
Advisers visiting the Accord website will be able to access the services of the electronic conveyancing portal, whether or not they take a loan with the lender, and receive an extra £100 procuration fee for introducing the case.
Charles Canning, managing director of Accord Mortgages, said: "It has been integrated into the mortgage application process. It is available 'free standing', following an application or when the broker has done a binding decision. From a broker's point of view the extra fee makes it well worth their while. It is only a few clicks and the provider can be selected in a number of different ways such as price or geographical area."
