What do I need to do?
  1. First you will be asked to enter a few basic property details
  2. After which you will be able to:
    • Compare prices from all our different solicitor firms
    • View the solicitor's satisfaction rating based upon feedback from previous users
    • View recommendations from previous users
    • Find local solicitors if you prefer *
    • View and print a fully comprehensive quote showing all costs including supplements and disbursements
  3. Finally if you are happy with your quote you can instruct the solicitor straight away
What happens after that?
  1. The solicitor receives immediate notification of your instruction
  2. The solicitor will accept your instruction at which time you will receive email notification of your eConveyancer login and password
  3. The solicitor will also send you a client care letter confirming the instruction details
  4. Throughout the conveyancing process you can of course contact the solicitor by phone at any time, however, you can also login to eConveyancer to monitor the progress of your case, review the cases notes and leave your own notes for the solicitor’s attention

* You don't need to choose a local firm unless you want to, as the whole conveyancing process can be completed by telephone, post and/or email and without you ever having to visit your conveyancer. (Most of our customers choose the most competitive firm as opposed to the most local – The choice is yours.)
